Our client is a European supply chain management company with a strong foothold in Asia across multiple sectors and is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its APAC senior-level recruitment and reporting.
You will build talent pipeline, grow passive and active candidate pools, track talent selection process, continuously improve sourcing capability, increase success rate and contribute to talent retention.
You will also monitor country/regional recruitment projects across attraction and selection as well as review resourcing tools and partners. You will engage business leaders, HR business partners and functional teams in building an understanding of business requirements, map the role criteria and define position requirements.
Lastly, as part of the continuous improvement process, you will consolidate and analyze reports on resourcing and talent acquisition effectiveness, research on market trends, best practices and challenges (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.). This is an integral part of your role.
You are eligible if you possess more than 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 4 years of recruiting senior- and management-level positions. A mix of in-house and agency recruitment expertise will be highly preferred. Meticulousness, ability to analyze and present data to the senior management are non-negotiable.
