Responsible for the development and implementation of all training and/or programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies. Train Financial Adviser Representatives in sales advisory process. Equip Financial Adviser Representatives with necessary sales competencies to do their job effectively. Provides a motivational learning environment and experience to agents in both face to face and field learning situations. Organize training events and design selling skills workshops.
Measures Financial Adviser Representatives performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness. Provides regular feedbacks to Senior Director about existing programs and development of new programs. Participates in the long-term strategic planning and direction setting of the training function. Performs administrative and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese in order to liaise with the associates/clients At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Proven leadership record in relevant industry. Ability to work independently.
