- Outbound calls to existing advertisers.
- Speaking / e-mailing with SMB customers of client's online advertising offering to educate and support customers.
- Managing the relationship between client and its customers, resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
- Telling us how we can become better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to client.
- Experience in customer service and sales (B2B or B2C)
- Basic understanding of the online advertising space
- Strong communication skills, consultative and convincing in your arguments
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize your own work in an organized manner
- Energetic individuals, with integrity and aspiration
- Proficient in Japanese or Korean to liaise with Clients
- 5 days work week. (Sunday is a non-working day for now, another non-working day shall be planned accordingly)
- Any planned schedue 8-9 hours per day between 8.30am to 8.30pm (44 hours per week)
- East Area of Singapore (Near MRT station)
