In this position, you will be supporting the Singapore representative office with staff strength of 10 pax and you are responsible for coordinating all administration functions including ordering of stationery, managing pantry supplies. You will be required to provide support for Investment Managers such as liaising with travel arrangement, booking of meeting rooms, hotel arrangment and ad-hoc admin duties.
skills & experience required
You will be reporting to the HR Manager providing admin support to Managing Director when he is in town.
- Highly independent with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills & strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Working hours: 9am -1pm (Monday to Friday)
