You will report to the Advertising and Promotions Manager and be involved in providing marketing and administrative support to the Advertising & Promotions Department for shopping malls. Your duties include assisting in managing the atrium/advertising space and/or push carts bookings, coordinating logistics, processing bank and voucher reimbursements, preparing contracts and invoices, compiling sales reports, assisting in stock-taking and counter duties when the need arises and execute other duties assigned.
- ITE, GCE ‘N’ Level or other relevant disciplines
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, pro-active, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral communication skills
- Immediate availability
