•General administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents preparation of policy documents, sorting of claim documents, updating and distribution
•Keep track of assigned portfolio(s) and liaise with insurer(s) and clients on renewals and new quotations, and follow through to ensure timely renewals
•Attend to phone and email enquiries on matters pertaining to general insurance needs
•Collate information and produce documents to support operation and management of the business
•Manage administrative systems to ensure that information is recorded, secure and accessible
•At least A levels or Diploma holder (Candidates with Diploma in Risk and Insurance Management will have an added advantage)
•Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Financial/ Insurance industry
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)
•General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP,PGI, ComGI) will be an added advantage
•Neat, meticulous, systematic, organised
5-day work week
