Assist the Service Operations Supervisor in daily administration and operations of the Service Centre
Coordinate repairs and timely servicing for walk-in customers
Attend to customers’ queries and feedback timely and efficiently through over the counter, phone, emails, etc.
Administer service documentation such as history record, service order, quotation, billing and payment
Liaise with Warehouse for equipment delivery schedule
Provide clerical and ad-hoc duties which include ordering and management of stationery, spare parts, photocopy, filing and data entries
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
- 5-day work week
