- Provide general administrative support
- Data entries, filling of documents, making and answering phone calls
- Assist in handling accounts and inventory management
- Help issue documents
- Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum N level with 2 years of relevant or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft Office, Words & Excel
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and multi-task & work independently
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Exp working in IT firms is a plus
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
- Only Singaporeans need to apply
Work Location / Work Hour:
Central, Normal Office Hour
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri
