Description & Responsibilities
- General Admin duties
- Filing & maintaining proper documentation
- Maintain attendance records
- PPE issue & control
- Assist in submitting permit to work & purchase requisition
- Assist in the application and maintenance of work passes
- Assisting project team in coordination with work
We are a busy project office and as such require a team player who can multi task.
- Preferably at least 1 year work experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Reliability and honesty
Preference given to those available to start immediately, office location Jurong West, no transport provided, Monday- Friday only.
