- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance/Administrative - General/Cost Accounting , Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process all accounts, invoices and reconcile all cash inflow/outflow
- Reconcile all payments, transfer and refunds
- Liaise and follow up with Company Secretary/Accountant
- Prepare all book of accounts
- Payroll administration
- Assist on basic analyses and monitor budgeting for monthly/yearly expenses
- Maintain record and filing system
- Procurement of office items
- Ad-hoc duties
