We are a small Real Estate and Investment Firm focused primarily on the rental of commercial office space and residential units.
3 yrs of experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
- Compliance, Auditing & Accounting
- Income Tax, Property Tax & GST
- Banking, Finance & Cashflow
You will also be expected to acquire familiarity with & review the past 5 yrs of the company's accounts, income tax, property tax & GST practices.
Your resume should include:
- Academic / Professional qualifications and accreditation.
- Relevant or related experience, especially with a full set of accounts.
- IT Skills, especially any knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Xero.
- Other aspects that demonstrate an advantage to the company (Maturity, Team Player, Independence, etc.).
