Thank you for using jobsDB. We would like to notify you of an update to the way you use our Recruitment Centre. jobsDB will change the manner in which the Recruitment Centre stores data on your behalf. This change will come into effect on 25 March 2016.
From this date onwards, all data in the Recruitment Centre that jobsDB holds on your behalf will only be accessible for a 2-year period. Specifically:
We are giving you advance notice of this change as you may want to make alternative storage arrangements for candidate data stored in the Recruitment Centre by jobsDB on your behalf for a period exceeding 2 years.
- Job ads on your job listing page and candidate applications received in response to these job ads will cease to be stored in the Recruitment Centre 2 years after the job posting dates.
- Candidate Profiles purchased via Talent Search will cease to be stored in the Recruitment Centre 2 years after the date of purchase.
