How can I add JobsDB emails to my safe list?
If you find any e-mails from JobsDB being misclassified as spam e-mails by your e-mail application or e-mail service provider, you should configure your e-mail settings so that JobsDB e-mails can be delivered to your Inbox. Below are the instructions to add JobsDB's mail servers to the trusted list of some of the most common e-mail applications and e-mail service providers.
Microsoft Outlook 2003 / 2007:
- Click the Tools menu, and select the Options item.
- In the Preferences tab, click the Junk E-mail button
- Click the Safe Senders tab, then click the Add button
- Enter @jobsdb.com in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.au in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.co.id in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.co.in in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.my in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.my in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.ph in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click the Add button again.
- Enter @jobsdb.co.th in the pop up window and click the OK button.
- Click OK button again to confirm the changes.
Microsoft Windows Live Hotmail:
- Login your Hotmail account.
- Click Options menu on the top right corner and select More Options.
- Click the Safe and block senders link under the Junk E-mail section.
- Click the Safe Senders link.
- Enter @jobsdb.com in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.au in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.co.id in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.co.in in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.my in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.ph in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.sg in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
- Enter @jobsdb.com.th in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field, and click the Add to list button.
Yahoo Mail:
- Login your Yahoo Mail account.
- Click the Options menu in the top right corner, and select Mail Options
- Click the Create or edit filters link.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter jobsdb.com in the Filter Name field.
- Select "contains" in the From header drop down menu, then enter jobsdb.com in the text box.
- Select "Inbox" in the Move the message to drop down menu.
GMail:
- Login your GMail account
- Click the Settings link on the top right corner and then click the Filters link.
- Click the Create a new filter link.
- Enter jobsdb.com in the words text field.
- Click the Next Step button.
- Check the Never send it to Spam box and then click the Create Filter button.
How can I change my password?
For security reasons, it is always recommended that you change your login password regularly.
To change your login password, click the Change Password link in the Account Settings page.

Specify your current password, and type your new password twice carefully. Click the Save Changes button to save your new password. The new password is effective immediately.
