In today's highly-interactive, team-based working environment, technical abilities are not enough to guarantee your success. Your communication and interpersonal skills can spell the difference between success and failure in actually getting your job done. Excellent communication skills are probably the most potent career and personal skills you can possess.

Do you want to see mediocre work performance change dramatically to a high-powered, efficient and productive environment? If so, you need to understand better why people react, function and behave the way they do. In this workshop Li Kin helps you assess your own personality type as well as others you work with, so you can learn to create an environment that brings out the best in everyone.

This workshop includes a personality assessment using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a proven global tool that will determine your leadership style, the way you prefer to work with people and how you lead teams. Using a highly interactive approach, Li Kin will equip you with tools to motivate your team and help them to raise the bar on work performance. You will also learn to empower yourself and others in problem-solving, implementing changes at the workplace and building effective teams.

If you are in charge of people and teams, don't miss this motivating workshop.
