Duration: 2 days, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Venue: SNEF Training Institute
   
  Participants will be issued a Statement of Attainment (SOA) upon successful completion and assessment of the training course
   
Fees Payable S$59.50 (inc. 7% GST)

Full fee is $374.50. Amount shown is after SDF Subsidy
Please apply for SDF funding via www.sdf.gov.sg

Requirements for SDF & SRP Funding
  • Training must be fully sponsored by companies, which are registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident
  • Attain at least 75% attendance
  • Undertake all assessments in the course


  • Company can apply for absentee payroll for participants via www.srp.org.sg before the course starts.

    Workers 40 yrs old and above with ‘A’levels & below
  • 90% of hourly basic salary capped at $10/hour

  • Other Workers
  • 80% of hourly basic salary capped at $10/hour

    • Lead workplace communications by using communication strategies to influence, motivate and persuade staff to commit and follow the organisation’s shared vision and core values
    • Identify market best practices and develop an implementation plan for establishing communication strategies
    • Establish and communicate objectives to empower work team to accomplish goals through open communication for information sharing, knowledge transfer and training
    • Recognise and reward work team performance by identifying roles, functions and responsibilities of team members
    • Remove group interaction barriers and delegate tasks to foster commitment and sense of ownership by creating an environment that encourages teamwork
    • Evaluate impact of delegation and roles on team synergy
    • Employ diplomacy to find solutions where conflicting interest arise
    • Demonstrate objectivity in handling conflict issues by adapting appropriate negotiation tactics while promoting harmony among the various stakeholders
    • Identify and analyse both parties’ role, priorities, interests and inclinations for choosing a styles of negotiation
