in the Singapore
office, I am
a member of
the Leadership
& Employee Development
team covering
the Asia Pacific
and Japan region.
My core role
is to conduct
management and
leadership
workshops.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I
am passionate
about helping
people achieve
exceptional
levels of performance.
I live for the
moment - when
a participant’s
eyes are “lighted
up” as
he or she “gets
it” for
the first time.
I also enjoy
transferring
new skills and
abilities and
helping people
use it intelligently.
What are some highlights/achievements in your job?
I enjoy playing a pivotal role in our leadership programs and preparing our high potential individuals in all aspects for leadership roles.

I am responsible

Asia Pacific
& Japan
Sales
Engineer
organization.
In this
role,
I ensure
my team
can bridge
the gap
between
business
challenges
and technology
and provide
world-class
advice
to our
customers
and partners.
Partnering
with Sales,
we ensure
technical
closure,
providing
insights
into technology
trends,
and market
opportunities.
Having the responsibility of managing and working with this group of highly motivated and talented individuals is a great opportunity for me. I find that I constantly have to push myself, innovate and sail into unchartered waters. This keeps me going in Symantec - the excitement, the challenges and the satisfaction of closing deals!
What do you enjoy about your job?
Symantec is constantly transforming, constantly innovating and moving at lightning speed. The energy within the company is simply amazing. There is not a single moment where one is not challenging one’s self to innovate and think out of the box.
What are some highlights/achievements in your job?
This is my ninth year with the company. I have had the opportunity to see the company grow - starting as an individual contributor to running a team in ASEAN, and now, having Asia Pacific & Japan responsibilities. Throughout my tenure with Symantec, there have been many highlights and many proud achievements.
