The world of work is turbulent, faced with new economic and financial roller coaster rides. There is fear, uncertainty and doubt in our work environment and this does not help to stabilize our yearning for a sense of security and self-worth. We need to be aware of our feelings and emotions, to manage them, and to be able to motivate ourselves to perform in our call of duty.
We need to manage our relationships well with bosses, colleagues, staff and clients. At times, we may need to work with
Difficult people who may have different agendas from us. So how do we do this all?
In this interactive and experiential workshop, Ricky Lien brings you a fast-paced, fun and exciting day of discovery and enlightenment. He will walk you through our most common inhibitive emotions and get you to look at them from a different perspective, which will help you work with difficult people, bond with others better, and do it with less stress.
Through learning the key modules of Emotional Intelligence, you will start to use several essential fundamental skills that will help you to manage your emotions and manage relationships better. More importantly, you will be able to put these skills and techniques to good use in your daily work routine so that you bring out the best in yourself and others! |
