Felix Hui is a Technical Solutions Consultant in Customer Solutions Support.

Felix, what’s your job like?

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, I meet with potential customers to discuss how Radiance Communications can provide an efficient and effective PBX solution for their organisation’s needs. We work with the Avaya PBX system to implement a highly customized communications solution for all our customers.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I’ve really enjoyed my job since joining the company in April 2007, and my seniors have been very supportive of me too. One reason that I enjoy my job is that I get to apply my technical knowledge from my IT degree in my daily work scope, and it gives me great job satisfaction when we are able to successfully implement a PBX system for new clients as well.

What are your goals for the future?

I would like to strengthen my product knowledge and grow in my career within the Radiance Communications family.

Jason Tay is an Account Manager who has been with the company for three and a half years.

Jason, what’s your job like?

My job scope involves providing holistic communication solutions to our customers. In my sales role, it’s important to engage our customers and be able to sell through an idea that meets their requirements. This creates a win-win situation for everyone.

Therefore, I believe that listening skills are important to understand what customers want. It’s crucial to listen to the customer so we can sync up successfully with them and provide the right product and solution for their needs.

What does the future hold in store for Radiance Communications?

We are actively looking to develop more business opportunities in the region. Radiance is also strengthening our close-knit working culture where different departments work as a cohesive team to achieve a common goal: to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Rey Emilio D Talam is a Technical Services Engineer in Operations.

Rey, what’s your job like?

When I first started out just over a year ago, I was working in the Remote Diagnostics Centre, attending to our customers when they contact our call centre and providing remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for them over the telephone.

I’m now adapting well to my new role as a Technical Services Engineer where I get to work on PBX implementation projects for banks, hotels and many other exciting industries.

This job has really taught me to handle pressure well and set priorities, develop patience, and interact professionally with customers.

What are your goals for the future?

I would like to be given the opportunity to work on bigger projects so as to gain greater exposure, and develop my knowledge and skills in PBX systems.

Wang Chuan is a Team Leader in Operations.

Wang Chuan, what’s your job like?

I lead a team of technical staff to perform installation and maintenance of Nortel PBX systems.

Some projects that I’ve worked on as a Project Engineer to achieve the major implementation and upgrading project of Nortel PABX include hotel, bank and service companies.

We get together for sports activities such as badminton and football every week, which promotes a healthy lifestyle amongst staff. And whilst we’re having fun, we’re also learning the importance of teamwork and mutual support.

I would like to develop myself as a good team leader, and hope to help other people grow professionally and personally.
