My job involves:

Leading and motivating a team in the Wardrobe department. Essentially, we take care of the wardrobe for our team members in Universal Studios Singapore®.

We are also the first ever wardrobe department in Singapore to use a fully-automated conveyor belt system to manage our wardrobe.

What inspired me to join:

As a Materials Engineering graduate, I was previously working in the semiconductor industry. I applied to join Resorts World® Sentosa for it is an exciting new Integrated Resorts industry, and I’m really thankful to Resorts World® Sentosa for giving me this golden opportunity to succeed in a new industry. Ultimately, I’m eager to learn the ropes and perform well in my role as a Wardrobe Supervisor.

Why it’s great working here & who’re we looking out for:

The Wardrobe department is a very close-knit team of fun people, and we help one another to learn and grow in our daily jobs. A highlight of my training was when some colleagues and I were sent to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, and Hollywood, for a week at each theme park to observe and learn their operations.

The visits were an insightful eye-opener and will definitely be useful for us to benchmark our own standards and processes.

What I’m excited about:

I ‘m looking forward to “Bring the Universe to Life” (Universal Studios Singapore® motto) for all our guests when they visit Universal Studios Singapore®!
