My job involves:

Setting up training and development programs for our Retail team members. I also get to learn and develop my product knowledge for our retail outlets which will eventually be at Resorts World® Sentosa, including souvenirs and gift merchandise that will be available at our retail outlets in Southeast Asia’s first Universal Studios theme park.

What inspired me to join:

I was previously working in a technology company, and when I learnt that Universal Studios Singapore® was looking for talent, I immediately applied for this position! I really enjoy being given the opportunity, support and training to help set up the whole Retail operations from the ground up.

As part of our training, we have ‘movie nites’ where all the team members get to kick back, relax, and watch movies together. This is great as it helps with team-bonding and more importantly, increases our product knowledge so that we can better relate and serve our guests when they go to our movie-themed stores, where they can buy souvenirs of their favourite characters.

We currently have lots of career opportunities for people who have a passion for service and keen to join the team, in several job positions like store managers, assistant store managers and sales associates (full-time and part-time).
