What inspired me to join & why it’s great working here:

I’ve been in the F & B industry for over 16 years. After finishing my National Service, I joined the hotel line and worked my way up, starting off as waiter initially. It has been great working within a world-class, yet fun environment, where everyone works together like within a huge extended family, and this is a welcome change for me.

Team members in Resorts World® Sentosa are encouraged to make decisions. We don’t just delegate jobs and duties to staff, instead, we go the extra mile to teach, mentor and guide them. Along the way, we hope to see that they can grow in their careers with us, achieve job fulfillment and feel a strong sense of pride in what they do.
