My job involves:

Planning and overseeing the beverages served in our Food & Beverage outlets.

I also create and carry out training programs and internal induction for our F & B team members when they join us.

What inspired me to join:

Having spent a large part of my career working in many top hotels, clubs and restaurants, I’m now keen to contribute my wealth of experience to help create a pleasant and enjoyable dining environment for all our guests at our F & B outlets.

Why it’s great working here:

It’s been an exciting and challenging journey so far as we are all working hard to get the F & B department up and running for next year’s opening of Resorts World® Sentosa. In fact, I’m getting more and more excited as we get closer to the opening!

Our management is very supportive and gives us the autonomy to brainstorm, conceptualize ideas, voice opinions and express our creativity on how we can best achieve our goals and objectives to ensure a successful F & B setup with a sound SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

What I’m excited about & who’re we looking out for:

At the moment, I’m very passionate about designing some great tasting cocktail recipes for our very own signature Resorts World® Sentosa cocktail, so that’s really exciting for me! Resorts World® Sentosa is looking for a bunch of passionate bartenders to join me in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
