My job involves:

Setting up VIP Reservation Services for our high rollers at the Resorts World® Casino and ensuring that they and their family’s needs like accommodation, entertainment; transport and dining are well taken care of.

I also conduct training for our new VIP Services team members in proper grooming, communicating professionally with our guests and handling customers’ demands with tact, respect, and good service.

   
 


What inspired me to join:

I’ve been with Genting for over 13 years, and it’s great that I’ve been able to grow my career with the company. I started off as a VIP Services Coordinator at Genting Casino in Genting Highlands, and was promoted to Assistant Manager after 3 years.

   
 
Why it’s great working here & who’re we looking out for:

We are given many opportunities to rise in our career to executive and managerial levels. Therefore, career advancement is definitely possible at Resorts World® Sentosa. We are currently looking for great personalities to join us as Guest Services Ambassador. Those who show dexterity may also be considered for VIP roles. I definitely encourage interested Singaporeans to join us for these exciting and rewarding positions!

I can’t wait to receive and take care of our VIP guests at the casino when we open next year! Resorts World® Sentosa will be well placed to cater and tap into the high potential Casino clientele market from South East Asia and the world over.
