Project Supervisor/Coordinator
This position works closely with clients to assess requirements, meet their needs and manage their expectations. It is also responsible for coordinating the project logistics with other internal departments, consultants, trades and contractors. The suitable candidate displays honesty and integrity. A detail-orientated team-player, he or she is able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree, preferably in business, marketing, interior design or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Minimum one or two years proven design/project management experience in an Interior design ID/Furniture company (strong product knowledge may be substituted for experience).
- Passionate in design. Creative thinking or a smiliar industry and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous and highly attentive to details.
- Able to work in self-directed environment; goal orientated & highly motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize work and effectively under project timelines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Autocad 2009, 3D MAX & Google sketch up (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Singaporeans/PR preferred.
