Software Support Specialist - Sysfreight (1 position)
Job responsibilities:
- Carry out software installation and provide user training
- Provide onsite/helpdesk support to our customers in software troubleshooting and user support
- Assist in software quality assurance and testing
- You will be trained to understand our freight management software.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/ Accounting or related field
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Good in writing and communication skills
- Experience with software testing is preferred
- A good team player with great initiative and independence
- Knowledge in freight forwarding operation is preferred
- Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
