The outgoing, persuasive trait Persons who score high in the trait of
Extroversion are people-oriented. They are outgoing, friendly, and sociable,
and they prefer large groups and gatherings. They need to be liked,
and they are active and talkative. Extroverts like excitement and stimulation,
and have a persuasive, eloquent style. They tend to be enthusiastic,
upbeat and optimistic. They have a fear of being disliked. Their excessive
talking can overwhelm others and they may appear superficial. High extroverts
may avoid time alone and they may have a short attention span.

with others. They are thoughtful, reflective people. Low Extroverts
fear a loss of privacy. The may appear not to like people and seem difficult
to get to know. They may also seem to miss things around them. |
